People cannot stay healthy if they never train their bodies. It is because their bodies will become weak. Once the bodies are getting weak, they will lose their immunities. If this is happened, they will get sick easily since they have no immune system to protect them from virus and bacteria which cause the diseases.

There are many ways to train the bodies. They can jog in the park each morning and they can hike on the hill each afternoon. If they don’t want to run or walk, they can bike.
