DNA Tests Determine Diet Method

Currently, there are so many diet methods that all claimed effective for weight loss. Puzzled to find what works best? Just do a simple DNA test.

In an initial study of 101 women, U.S. researchers showed that effective DNA tests to assess whether someone is more appropriate to apply the method of low-fat diet or low carbohydrate.

Scientists long have known that everyone has different reactions to nutrients, depending on their genetics. By looking at the “nutrigenomic”, or how genes affect the food, can be determined what diet to shrink the effective body weight.
